God Loves Art is a true statement. This site is here because I am an artist, and God gave me the gift of Art, and so this is my praise to Him. I also want you to praise Him with me too because it's righteous... it's what we're made to do, to love and to worship God, especially when life gets hard.
Psalm 62:5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
62:6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
62:7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
62:8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
Even though I love God, He loved me first with an indescribable, infinite Love. He formed me in the womb, gave me grace despite my life decisions and unbelief (I was an atheist, new-ager, nihilist, blasphemer etc... for about a decade). Now I say Jesus is King!
He is keeping everything moving in harmony through Love. He is Good! He has blessed me with Love, with family, with health, with Dance, with Art, with understanding, but mostly he has blessed me with my wife who is also an artist, who understands, my help-meet, my bone and flesh, and now we have a sweet baby!
Psalm 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.
127:3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
127:4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.
Now I'm not saying life isn't hard or hectic or sometimes downright tragic, or living the faith is easy (it's the opposite). But Jesus says "In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." John 16:33
